  • Please ensure that your ESA, AAPOS or TOA membership 2025 is up to date before registering at a member's rate.
  • Downloading the certificate is compulsory during registration.
  • A proof of orthoptic profession or a letter from the head of the ophthalmology department for residents will be required.
  • Pre-course registration fee includes (this registration must be in addition to registration for the congress) access to the pre-courses on Wednesday 11th June and coffee break.
  • Accompanying person fee includes Welcome Reception on Thursday 12th June. If both participants are ophthalmologist, both of them must register.
  • EBO Subspecialty Examination for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (FEBO-SP) will be held on June 11th Wednesday. The candidates will register as resident fee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to Global Tourism.

For cancellations of registration and accommodation;

  • made until May 11th, 2025will be refunded as 50 %.
  • made after May 11th, 2025, no refunds will be granted.

All refunds will be processed one month after the congress.
