Final registration is confirmed upon payment; the registration fees must be deposited into the official meeting account, and the payment document should be emailed to the meeting organization secretariat.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received before or on 27 April 2025 will be refunded, excluding bank commission costs.
For cancellations made after 27 April 2025 no refund is applicable.
