• The accommodation at the recommended hotel includes a 1-nights stay with breakfast
• Final registration is confirmed upon payment; the registration fees must be deposited into the official meeting account, and the payment document should be emailed to the meeting organization secretariat.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations received before or on 27 April 2025 will be refunded, excluding bank commission costs.
• For cancellations made after 27 April 2025 no refund is applicable.
• All of refunds will be paid after the congress.
